As we all adjust to our temporary new normal, Saint Kate continues to keep the health, safety, and well-being of our guests and employees as our topmost priority. Consequently, some temporary changes have been made to the operational hours of our outlets, galleries, and performance spaces. While we will continue to update to these changes as we monitor and analyze the developments and statements from local, national, and international health agencies, and to comply with the directives, please understand that information is presently changing hour by hour.

-The hotel fitness center will currently remain open for our guests, we have increased the frequency of cleaning high-traffic areas and have implemented regular sanitizing of high-touch areas.

-Our art galleries and exhibitions will remain open.

-The Dark Room remains closed. Dining is still available to our guests through In-Room Dining, ARIA, Proof Pizza, and the Bar.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is at 3 PM with standard check-out being at noon.

As a benefit of booking direct, guests of Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel can personalize their stay by participating in Your Time. Guests may select an early check-in, a late check-out, or a standard-timed stay to better accommodate their plans at no charge.

What is your cancellation policy?

Guest room reservations can be cancelled without a penalty until up to 48 hours before your arrival date. After that time, a cancellation charge applies equal to one night’s room rate plus tax. Please retain your cancellation number to avoid cancellation charges.
